Do we still pick teams though and get points???

On the guidelines it said byes for fantasy are rounds 12, 15, 18 in the other rounds around that period it said we still pick sides and get points.

You can still pick a team and those players will get points, your team will still score however, those points don't count for anything because it's a bye round and you're not actually playing anyone.
