If players keep dropping out and coaches keep faking running the event down, we wont have to worry about who wins the micky mouse event.
I will say it again, up the faking prize money to make the event a must play for the players. Introduce a million dollar 1st 2nd and third prize for best 3 players and treat the event like the Melbourne cup in prize money. Bring in Koukash and let him grow the faking thing.
Why the NRL allows coaches and players to put shite on its own event is mind faking boggling. Now wonder this code cant faking grow outside it's faking sydney skin.
TBH couldn't really care. Many schooners @ Brunswick Heads Hotel on Saturday arvo, the 9's on. I win.
Are the Knights fielding a team this year? Who do they have playing, Willie Mason, Danny Wicks, Darius Boyd, Russell Packer?
Just make sure Tigers, Panthers and Storm are not in there
I'll say Warriors. I know their my team but I think they've named a team that will turn up to really give it a red hot go, and I think they will win it, and will beat Manly in the final.

. . . Then that only leaves the blindingly obvious choice.
Parramatta, of course.
All the logical rugby league based indicators point to them.
Their squad of supreme rugby league superstars.
Their nice blue colour, along with their pretty yellow colour.
Their cute lil snake thingy.
Did I mention their supreme rugby league talent ? Kenny Edwards . . . KFC Sandow ? Such co-incidentally famous names such as Folau, Pritchard ? And of course perennial favourites like Faraimo, Lavaka and all the permutations of anything even close to the word Paul.
And who could forget Moeroa, who achieved fame well before his time when his name was sung as part of the lyrics of the 70's classic " Blinded by the light" by Manfred Mann and of course his earth band.
The other squads might as well not even turn up.
The only squads without a chance are the Tigers, Panthers and Storm . . . but not the eels.
You heard it from Natheel first.

good to see natheel's post didn't get to you
. . . . actually clean, Eele.
Could be residual, though .
Come on mate . . . if you are too young to know the words to Blinded by the light . . . google it. I'm positive he says "Moeroa" in the song.
Anyway, all in good fun.
Alien, nah, he didn't get to me.;-) Parra is a basket case just like WT. The material writes itself.
