Newcastle look interesting solid, but St George made a lot of mistakes and it cost them.
I enjoyed parra, Sandow was funny did some brilliant things then some shockers.
Cows were not too bad either.

Didn't see the $ouff$ game had better things to do

Ken Nagas will be a sight to see :)

Once again I have to call into question the finals scheduling of the Nines. As per last year, the Semi Final stage doesn't see the A and B pools cross over with the C and D pools (I know they have fancy names but I couldn't be bothered typing them). Under this format, if the best two teams are in the same pool, they cannot meet in the Final.
For example, if the top two teams in Pool A both win their Quarter Final, they play each other again in the Semi Final. I think that happened last year with the Warriors and Cowboys meeting in the Semi. If they had crossed over they probably would have played each other in the Final.
What it means is that teams who are in the same pool CANNOT meet in the Final. It's a pretty stupid system. With pools crossing over in the Semis, ANY two teams can meet in the final.
