Bunnies look good undefeated so far. Defending well and scoring good tries.

Play Knights next.

Unlucky for the Knights. If Manly hadn't been awarded that ridiculous no try they would have topped their pool and played the Cows who might have been a tad easier than Souths.

anyone know? Had a quick google but they just talk about the $2.4 mill pool.

The Knights needed to go deeper so we can afford to keep paying overs for players like gidley......

I respect those head coaches who have made the trip across with their teams and are handling the side themselves rather than delegating to one of the lower grade coaches.

Is this a rule change? I could've sworn the scoring team kicked off last year also.

Pretty sure you're correct.

If anything teams have gotten so good with kicking off that the League rules in regards to the ball going dead/out has weighted things towards the team kicking off so not only do teams get a chance to get the ball back but they get added field position as well.

Would rather the team that scores get the ball back. If a team can't defend 100m, 9 players or not, then they don't deserve the ball. It's still a game where defense is necessary.

I think Eels will have our number due to the likes of Radrara out wide

Goodwin and King are big weaknesses

Eels were my pick before the comp started, but they've suffered a couple of injuries and the other players have been forced to play extra minutes.

If Reynolds can keep controlling things with his kicking game I think the Eels may fade.

No doubting their strike out wide though, Souths can't afford to give them good field position.

Should be a good game of contrasting styles.

Hope either the Sharkies or the Eels get it. Or Bunnies if Reynolds can do something brilliant. I really don't give a shit TBH.

Why are we playing the roosters in the semi, out of our pool.

As stated earlier, it's a f**k up draw.

Funny that the four in the semis are two chances for the premiership and 2 surely battling for the spoon
