You clearly can't accept that your team had to cheat to win the game and got caught out for it. Panthers had 3 tries disallowed and it still took you 14 men to win the game. Ontop of that Hazem El Masri ran the clock down because you guys were scared we would still be able to win the game.
 You're getting into Canberra fans territory in terms of bitterness.
If your attack was fair dinkum that night you would never have been in a position to lose that game. Your forwards made metres at-will and Aiton was carving us up out of dummy half. Pity your backs have NFI.
Bottom line - the result will not be overturned. In these instances it
never has and the NRL will summarily dismiss your CEO's hypocritical claim to the points (on Monday "you didn't deserve to win" and now on Thursday "the points are rightfully yours"? Tell Mick to make up his mind).
If we lose the points, so be it. It's still early days and we're still only one of three teams undefeated. We're actually still on top (the points aren't stripped until after the appeal is submitted next Monday) and with a win tomorrow night we'll go clear in first, with the possibility of only one team joining us. If we lose the appeal, then with a win tomorrow night we're still up the top end of proceedings.
Someone commenting on the Tele website said it accurately - Penrith shouldn't be awarded the two points, because years from now historians will be looking back wondering how a team finished the season on 6 competition points having not won a game
