Raiders should go large tonight if they play smart and go hard through the middle. Recently Manly have had the wood on them and flogged them earlier in the year but that shouldn’t count for anything

Funny listening to Buzz and co all year say Manly have a top 4 roster, absolutely laughable. The backline is elite and has depth but the pack depth is paper thin, and the most crucial guy in the packs season ended in round 3, and currently have 90% of the starting forward pack out

Not sure about top 4 , but they’re one of the biggest underperformers imo, hate to see it

Yeah there is an argument there, but they are about where I thought they would be as soon as Paseka went down. No genuine NRL quality hooker, The backrow depth is the weakest in the comp, take out Haumole and you have B Trbojevic 2, Waddell 3, Chee Kam 4. Paseka, Croker and Aloiai have played about half a dozen games between them all year and were pencilled in as starting front row

For me it shows how lazy the journos are, throw all the star names out and it does look a genuine contender, but look a bit deeper and it is a poorly balanced squad

Yep, Penrith did Newy 48-12. When they last played them, in round 12, they lost 25-6 in Bathurst and were last on the ladder. Nine straight wins later and they're top-four.

Penrith have arrived in '25.

That penalty against him was awful though, the ball carrier got up and took a step sideways, and Young stood beside him leaving absolutely no chance to be square at marker

The step sideways when playing the ball and the markers being pinged is my pet hate
