70k would have to be make it one of the biggest regular season crowds in recent history.

As home team do the Dogs keep the whole gate? or do they split it given they share Accor as home ground?
70k+ in Sydney? That sounds like Melbourne, where there's nothing else to do. 😄

Rare occasion that Latrell tries to do some hard work out of his own end, and he throws the ball away and the Dogs end up going in

Aitken binned. Dogs up 8-0.

Monty's playing in this big Sydney league clash, so he can't have been too bad a player? (We often ripped into him at the Warriors).

Edit: Monty's in the bin for a 'slap', his game's over, but Canty up 32-0...and that's how it ended in front of 65,305 fans. The Bulldogs have had their best start to the season since 1938, they won that year. Good omen.

Jai Arrow had an altercation with Souths players then fans after the game. Just how ugly it all is I don't know, as I haven't seen it.

Also, with club footy white hot my ABC Radio team are talking Origin. Bugger me dead.

Shaun Lane was dropped to NSW Cup but has 'taken leave of all rugby league' with immediate effect. He needs a time out. Let's wish this ex-Warrior well.
They’ve sent Ofahenguae to the UK this week as well, slightly coincidental they start clearing the decks with the Galvin news …

Awesome dummy and pace from Kodi to put Redcliffe up 18-16. Why did we let him go?

...the Dolphins are currently murdering Melbourne...what a season we're having...36-16, put 50 on them, please, so they can't win the premeirship.

...42-16, seven minutes to go. The half century, kiss of death's, on!...bugger, Melbourne score. 42-22, Dolphins. Final.

Massive upset but Melbourne can still go all the way this year!

It's absolutely insane what is happening in the NRL this year.

The Phins put 40 past the Storm which has happened only 3 times in the last 15 years.

I said it previously, I consume so much NRL content, I watch all highlights and a lot of games, and I'm shooting about 33% in tipping. It's nuts. But it's great.

Which hopefully is an omen for tonight?

I turned off when Paps scored to get them to 16 after about 20mins, thinking not watching this again. FMD, watching the mini some basic things by Dolphins, competing for the bomb, support players around when player making breaks and competing for ball.
Hard to tell what got them to certain points on the field, but heard some mistakes and I'll disapline from Storm in commentary.
Grant a bigger loss or short turn around and travel for Storm?

Kikau a fine for his high tackle, the Gouldfather must have some law written in that the Doggies can’t get suspended

Potential hot take here, Munster is so over rated, I don’t get all the big hype around him. Sure he can have the big games every now and again, but week to week very inconsistent and can look like a headless chook. Is it also telling that if he misses time injured, they don’t seem to be too effected, but if Hughes or Grant go down, the difference is noticeable

Really enjoying watching alphabet soup adapt to the game, he is good to watch

I haven’t seen much of the Chooks this year but what I have usually looks impressive
