Lol, NRL feels big again. I can see 20 team becoming the premier comp in region if it isn't already

Ok yeah i mentioned politis talking about perth and adelaide, but has nothing to do with your conferences or grand finals etc.

Highly ambitious re 20 teams. But you have to shoot for the moon to land on the stars.

Judging by the talent across the 17 teams at current I'm sceptical. Its an extra 90 players across three teams. That might attract more talent to league but not sure if we cover the talent gap that quickly.

Its true its just a plan. But PVL doesn't like to hang around, loves a quick decision.

If we get action on an 18th team in the 12-18 months then they'll move on 20 pretty quickly after I think.

Especially at a time NRL keeps cutting grassroots funding! Reality is if they want twenty clubs they are going to have to get much more serious about participation and elite development than they are now.

That’s because he’s a businessman. And succesful one at that, he knows where you go to sell products to new large markets and why we are $300mill down in revenue.
perth, Adelaide and Pacifica based in Wellington,
it’s not a bad 20 club footprint for the game and still leaves firehawks and Christchurch down the track for a 22 club comp.

having a ten game package for sale during the period of the 2028 -2033 deal, could even go longer, could be a real game changer for us.
