I can't see Srama getting many Workhorse Tries. Not a strong defender like McCullough, Jake Friend or Matt Keating who average 40 plus tackles a game.

Backline is very weak too.

That's interesting, Considering:

R26: 40 Tackles, 14 runs for 97 metres (WORKHORSE TRY)
R25: 40 tackles, 9 runs for 59 metres (WORKHORSE TRY)
R24: 44 tackles, 16 runs for 86 metres (WORKHORSE TRY)
R23: 53 tackles, 6 runs for 55 metres (WORKHORSE TRY) also 2 try assists
R22: 30 tackles, 4 runs for 28 (Missed)
R21: 32 tackles, 8 runs for 50 (Missed)
R20: 45 tackles, 8 runs for 56 (WORKHORSE TRY)
R19: 31 tackles, 13 runs for 77 (Missed)
R18: 52 tackles, 6 runs for 52 (WORKHORSE TRY)
R16: 41 tackles, 8 runs for 68 (WORKHORSE TRY)

7 out of the last 10 weeks he got a workhorse try and more often than not played long minutes. And he cleared the workhorse try when he did get it EASILY. Only needs 40 worth of runs and metres.

I've gone back to my Gosford Goblins in a hope to transfer the good vibes from my nearlysport account.

I stand corrected. Going off the stats he could be very useful for you.

Harrison returning from injury might eat into his tackle count.

Don't worry about it. I just knew what i was doing when I recruited him.

Interestingly Greg Bird not known at all as a workhorse made 52 tackles one game late in the year.

Should be a good battle rabbit, you have the edge forward wise but I like
My halves and backs to score good points.

I am keen to just get this competition started.

I really fancy my Fowards to come through for me. They are probably a very underrated pack, but underrated is always good in these type games. I also have a few game game breakers out in the backs, and I like Reed and Slater to rack up the points.

The one thing I do lack is probably a good goal kicker, and I hope it does not cost me, but I will work it out later on if I have to cut and trade.

How many comps is everyone in?. I am in two atm.
2 NRLCEO teams and 4 nearly sport teams. Crazy time of year!

Bird did not get a lot of forward tries last year as he was named at 6 for half the season but when he was at the sharks/2010 he got a lot of workhorse tries.
