Has Chisolm played enough?

Simmons being picked is a laugh.

Ryan Carr is a better player than Kostjasyn IMO as well.

Do you think Taylor is angling for a job at the Storm

of the top of my head he's played every game, may have missed on or two. You wouldnt have fed him the first month or so of the season but since then has been very, very good. 10 tries in his past 6 games spent on the wing (played 3 at 7).

simmons has played like 3 games for the wolves why has he been picked, and widdop just represented england which from my understanding was another country, yet hes eligible to represent nsw, although i guess if a vulcans player gets selected its the same thing

I don't think Chisholm has missed a game.

I too rate him higher than O'Neill.

Carr is pretty good, but I think Kostjasyn is better.

Would've liked to see Lewis or Lazarus at half.

Those two have been the most consistent 7's all year imo.

I must admit, I expected more Balmain players to get picked, considering their form this year.

Lewis & Lazarus are not as strong defensively. Lewis is also out injured from memory

I think Waters is rubbis and always have but he can tackle and Taylor craps on about him constantly.

Gower starting at prop makes the side a lot stronger.

I must say, I get sick of this rubbish about halves being overlooked because of their poor defence.

They aren't selected to f**king tackle. This bullsh*t excuse is thrown around by people to justify overlooking perfectly suitable players for more pathetic and useless ones who they've been wanking over for the past few years because they pulled off a big hit on a prop or some such bullsh*t.

I agree.

Lazarus & Lewis have been superb this season. Lazarus has the best tactical kick in the comp as well IMO.

Thought Porter would have been a better option than Waters as well.

also another question. does nrl take precedent over this match. say one of the nsw residents gets called up to nrl, does he go or stay with the nsw residents

I think you'll find that the NRL takes precedent.

But these games are played on the same night as Origin, meaning no NRL will be played anyway.

Thats poohs if Vulcans players are not included. Pita Godinet would have easily made this side. Good to see strong representation from the Storm players also. Dane Chisholm is a gun also.

Pita is injured at the moment I believe. Than again Waters is just above Paea as the most useless half in the comp

I am not sure either about players aligned with NZ or Tonga as far as test represntation either

Simmons & Daniella named for their respective NRL sides so I assume they are now out. Waters on Tigers bench may affect him as well
