Just goes to show how poor a coach Laurie is. Farah should be the first picked. I think NSW problem is a lack of quality in the halves. You have to also question the effectiveness of the so called made for origin players like Ennis, Bird and Gallen they all have never won a series.

I dont think it's lack of quality in the halves, it's poor selection, not only Pearce but dropping Todd Carney last year was ridiculous, he is NsW best half by far. Guys like Mullen seem to have been thrown onto the 'do not use' pile for no reason. And if we want to take a chance on a youngster, look at Sezer, Kelly or Reynolds.

In conclusion, dumb coaching and selection is the issue.
