Reynolds took the line on a lot last Thursday. It isn't as if any of the other options do that a lot anyway. You need an elite kicker in general play, Reynolds is exactly that. Mullen like Carney is a bit inconsistent in his general field kicking. He can be on, but because he has an element of risk, he can be awful too. Reynolds is a bloke you can build pressure on the opposition with.

That's a fair point on kicking on Reynolds kicking, he's really good in that department but Mullen isn't bad himself. Carney can be a bit inconsistent I agree, but both Mullen and Farrah can get the job done. I agree Reynolds is very consistent, but let's not forget that he's playing behind a monster south sydney pack with Inglis lurking around. Under the pressure of origin he would go missing like he did in the finals last year.

Reynolds to go into the halves if Mullen or Carney aren't firing by selection time.
No utility as we never even use them; Bird, Lewis and Hayne are versatile enough; and Farah can play 80.
No drastic changes to the team. We have dominated the last 2 series and lost. Due to the halves. I think regardless of the pairing we go with, Hayne would help take the pressure off if he's at the back.

I personally hope if McManus remains fit and gets back to the form that saw him get the jumper last year. One mistake last year that didn't result in any damage, don't see why he wouldn't get selected.

But I don't expect the side to change much other than the bench and really it shouldn't outside the halves. When will the selectors realise we can't win a series when our 5th tackle options are being wasted? Kicks going to the backs on the full, opportunities being ignored, zero repeat sets.

Don't get the Woods love tbh. Good player no doubt but there are several that I'd pick before him. Grant, Snowden & Mannah for example.

Did anyone see Hoppa getting fended of by RTS? Imagine if that was Inglis he was marking, J.Morris deserves to be the right centre, he's been solid for the last 2 years against Inglis.

I agree. Right centre should be either Hayne, Leulia or Morris. Those three are the only centres capable of handling GI.
Has Josh Morris played much wing?

1.Hayne
2.B.Morris
3.Jennings
4.BJ Leulia
5.J.Morris

Don't think so, but if he wanted i'm sure he could make the adjustments. he was playing fullback of the dogs last year. I'm still keen on Hoppa to grab that wing spot, haven't seen much of Leulia, how's he been going?

agreed that j moz has handled inglis in the past. Id have him in the centres with Jennings again, Hoppa will need to improve massively if he is to make the side.

Call me bias but I don't see why Tedesco can't make fullback if they insist on Hayne being a winger. Not like Dugan has lit the world on fire this season.
