jackson and klemmer just reinforced their claim for selection, they made the broncos pack look ordinary

Jackson made one good run, he also destroyed all their momentum in the 1st half with a crucial error. He's not a bad player but with the backrowers we've got he shouldn't be near Origin.

1 good run in 151 running meters, you're blind

anyway it's never jacksons running that gets him picked it's his defence and his 1% ers. his line speed was the difference, he is nsw's version of matt gillette. and he is the best one on one defender in the game.

all the stuff most here don't see or don't get when justifying their teams. any muppet can identify a bloke who's had a few good attacking games

Graham, Frizell and Cordner are also strong defenders who offer much more in attack.

Only players of the Joey or Freddy class can maybe pull that off and never a winger who plays like a prop
Give him a chance I say. If he's no chance then Trbojevic.
I agree mate, panthers fans just don't want him risked sidelined again for 6-9 months..

The blokes fit, doesn't have a history...fights every ruck and does that well, not hard to rediscover
UP is correct. A power player coming back off a serious knee injury will need time to get back to his best. A week or 2 wont be enough, both physically and more importantly mentally

Its too much of a risk for everyone involved

Cordners takes one spot automatically, it's between Graham and Jackson for the other...frizells best service is off the bench or may get lock over merrin, either way he plays in the middle full-time

Jackson provides far better middle to edge defence and defensive workrate than Graham. Graham more potent...ill support either but shake my head at how easily Jackson is dismissed

People talking up Jackson as some sort of defensive gun should watch the Panthers v Dogs semi from last year

Agree. His defense is the biggest myth in the game. He often makes poor reads and lacks general awareness as the attack in front of him is unfolding. At the actual point of contact he is solid, but not spectacular. In attack he pretty much offers nothing, his run vs broncos was the best of his career. He lacks the power running game of Cordner and Frizell, and the all around skills of Graham.
