No news is good news imo...

Had the NRL/RLPA rejected the Denver test we'd have heard.

Do they have the option to reject it? They are more than welcome to express concerns but I don't think they can reject it. The best they could do is convince the RFL, NZRL & RLIF that the game was a bad idea and that they should cancel it. That will be a tough argument to make.

Impossible if the counter argument is that England should play in the Southern Hemisphere every international break.

Campbeltown is very safe, we will keep the locals sedated for your safety, we promise Campbeltown is a great international city. Much nicer and superior to dangerous Denver with contagious and deadly altitude sickness.

The super league players are less pampered and the 25 hour flight won’t be an issue either.

Some clown replied to him something along the lines of... “so what happens to the dragons if Widdop has a season ending injury during that game??”

So I replied to him with... “the same thing that will happen if Ben Hunt gets a season ending injury playing for qld in origin. Maybe we should just ban rep football....”

Clown didn’t reply...

Notice that Matt Stevens guy is another alias for the famous troll d*ckhead ,who made a guest appearance on these threads:David Moore.
Geez he's insecure and an Olympic class dope.

The NRL need to understand that English players and to a lesser extent kiwis will now be playing a rep window at great distance at least every other year.
If the NRL still schedule Thursday games after the rep window they have nobody else to blame.
Hopefully this will expand to other northern hemisphere players as well in the future.

To encourage New Zealand eligible players to play for the Kiwis, the NRL has been contributing towards their Test match payments so they received the same amount as Australian players

So that's why kiwi test players opted for the islands...

Do you know why the European teams haven't arranged a game?

It's cos they thought the RLIF where going to arrange a game for them...

I pestered them for 8-9 months on twitter asking them if they are going to arrange games..then,finally,4 weeks ago a Official from Ireland replied and he said, like I've said above,no nothing was arranged cos the RLIF didn't arrange a game for them..

It took me 5 mins to email Dave Collier who emailed me back confirming that all bi-lateral games,ie mid season games,tour/series games, post season "warm up" games prior to a RLEF or RLIF organised comp like a European Cup & world cup...are for countries to arrange between themselves and then get it sanctioned by the RLEF/RLIF..

it's as easy as Ireland phoning Wales to arrange a game..then one or both of them phoning the RLEF who'll say yes that fine..

The ball has well and truly been dropped for this test window....

We could have had a dozen tests played in 2 days...but we've f**ked it up
