depends what you mean by countering it

you cant hit a yorker, or low full toss over the fence

also a yorker will swing late and if the ball is reversing they cant hit it at all

Being able to hit a boundary. Plenty of balls landing on the crease line go to the rope these days. That knowledge compounds into pressure and therefore mistakes from the yorker bowler. A small yorker error equals easy to hit full tosses or balls on the up. Tough gig imo. Not sure death bowling these days is as easy as old school run in and bowl yorkers.
