Alex, the problem with Wagon is that he is not a 5/8, I mean we've been playing with 2 locks and no 5/8 for the last 6 games. A better move would put Wags back to lock where he should be, Morris at 5/8 and Muspratt to hooker. Webster can come off the bench and fill in at dummy half every now and then.

Im praying for Cayless & Hindy to play.

As much as we all agree that Wagon is the messiah of our side, our gun.....that goes without saying offcourse...but i would have put him in the second row to give our pack abit more experience....that's of course depending on the fitness of Hindy & Cayless!.

I still would have had Muckett in ASAP.....1 game or not back i still think he's one of the fitter forwards in the club....it's not like he hasn't been able to run with his injury while being injured.

Brian doesn't want a 5/8 and from what i've seen i agree. Morris is a specialast dummy half and Muspratt a specialist lock.

What about Michael Witt and Chris Thorman, I mean surley there are better 5/8's to fill that role than Wagon.

Wheres your proof that the tactic isn't working? And you cant say what if Dykes has a bad day. Does that mean the bloke we bring in at 5/8 will automatically play good. Remember we do have Morris out of dummy half who can create things and Luke Burt is a key attacking weapon.

I stand by Smith. At the moment we do no need a 5/8.

Whenever I see Peterson's name in the side I cringe. When I see a player like Donald go and an imposter like Peterson take his place it makes me wonder. He has a similar mistake riddled style like Shane Whereat.

Alex, Dykes is a five-eighth anyway, playing halfback. A good move would put Dykes back to 5/8 and put Thorman or Witt at halfback, the attack would be superior and the centres will see the ball.

Im just saying if Smith gets Wagon out of the pivot area, and puts someone decent there for once, we'll have a good backline. I mean lets face it Wagon cant pass the bloody ball, and when he does he just offloads.

At least the other 5/8's like Campbell, Lockyer, McLinden and Fittler create something and pass it out wide.

Dykes is no more a five eight than I am. He has played and picked up the Dally M award at 5/8 however when wtachinmg his game closely over the years you will see he plays a first receiver's role. Why change him to five eight when he has been more than effective at halfback?
