Thank f**k Peterson is injured..i hope it's serious  ......now onto more important people & matters.

I like the look off the side, i don't care if we get flogged, i just like seeing youngsters blooded.

Widders to centre is a good move IMO, he does f**k all up the middle...move him to the fringes where he may be an asset.

Morris was unlucky though, Peterson has been playing shit for 2 years now and holds his spot..while Morris has one poor game and he's dumped.

Armit unlucky too.

Funny, on first impressions Wests looks more like Parra does than Parra

All year Parra's big defensive lapses have been out wide. Finally something is being done.

Bar McKinnon and Thorman, all the backs have been changed - brave move by Smith, but one I applaud.

McKinnon. He's going great

Burt is a winger. Good call.

Putting Widders inside him - one of 2 experienced players to have centre capabilities

Graham and Anderson - a new right combo - and a new face in first grade. Always great to see a coach blooding some youth.

Witt 5/8.

Webster? I'm happy for the kid. We'll miss Morris' zip and guile, and his kicking game (not his kickoffs).

Nope, Brian has given us the changes that we want, and being the ternal optimist that I am, I believe we will defeat the Tigers!

 Every Parra tragic in here must have some confidence we can pull it off despite our woeful efforts of the last month. The young boys should be out with a point to prove.

I got the Witt fiasco right. Why do you care about the Mckinnon bet, You thought he was the shittest player in our team you fool. I told you he is great!

At least I'm big enough to admit I was wrong unlike you

wow, that is an excellent team.

for some reason i dont think that it will be exactly like that, but pretty close would be good enough for me.

I'm removing the banner from my sig. After making such brave changes Smith deserves at least one more shot. We'll see how things end up Sunday afternoon.

Let's hope he puts the white board away and just fires the boys up with some old fashioned face slapping ala Tommy Raudonikis

Oh stop b!tch slapping each other, children!!

Im agreeing with HJ here... I've been staying out of the whole Smith debate (because I'm not good at arguing :x ) but I think that with a team thats bringing out that many good young players, I got a feeling *something* could be going right. I could be completely wrong too, but hey thats the way the world works. I really do hope that it does works out well on Sunday... we all know that the team needs the improve in their esteem! Might get a little peace around here too... (as if that would happen!)

Smithy is eventually going to bore the young talent as well-he is going to drain every last free spirit and creative talent our player has by his lecturing, technical happy concentration, scientific thinking and serious approach
Its a game of footy at the end of the day and if the players start thinking its something else-which they will under Smithy-then we are back to square 1.
Also Smithy doesnt give positve signals in body language and the way he talks someone is going to die he talks so intense and sad.
Lighten up a little and speak from the heart and real passion-be more personable with the players-be their friend as much as a schoolteacher and we may then get somewhere

If ARMITT deserves to be dropped then how is Vella and Wagon still there after 2 years of quietness and non-effectiveness?

Why buy Muckert for that much moneyu when you are putting Afasamaga ahead of him-no logic and consistency in his selections.

ok, so you play an overweight out of form player just because he is earning more money then a talented youngester then when the talented youngester leaves you blame Smith for not giving him a chance

Which way do you want it you can't have both????????????????????????????

Armit played in reggies last week v Dragons so whatever he was dropped for was due to the game v Storm.

he has been out for the last 2 weeks.

before he was injured especially against Souths and Manly he was really starting to play well.

He was injured in the test match so that effected his performance in round 8, Parra had the bye in round 9 and Cayless got injured again in round 10.

Ok Hurriflatch, is Armitt fat and overweight and was so bad against Storm that he deserved to be dropped in the first place- have you watched the young man play with his passion and no-nonsense go forward without worrying about which line to run or what angle to the defense or to what part of the field to take the ball- Smithy has lost the logical sense if he cannot see that this young player is not better than FUI FUI OR afamagasa or Kafusi-surel yuo notice no-one runs near Armitt-he hammers them silly like Tsoulos- and when he runs there is no tommorow-dont you appreciate that from a prop .

Armit is awesome! Why he has been dropped is totally beyond me, i would have rather had him in the side than Kaufusi!
