Can't wait to see Maxwell get a few ducks and get belted out of the park. Then the selectors will see what a piece of shit player he is. I mean if they want all rounders then just pick someone from a different sport, I'm sure Greg Inglis or Paul Gallen can bat and bowl as well as Maxwell can...

But but but he looked really good in the nets and is a fast learner...

I reckon he'll go to England as well. Regardless of how badly he gets pongoed in India.

I'd rather Maxwell not get close to a baggy green, but since it appears to be inevitable I hope the Indians take to him and he ends up 0/575 or something.

If we see a top 7 with anyone other than:

Warner
Cowan
Hughes
Clarke
Watson
Khawaja
Wade

.. Then I'll dead set give it away.

Now he says they like to see a lot of cricket, but unfortunately there hasn't been red ball cricket to watch. Well why didn't anyone bother to show up to the latest Shield game in Blacktown???

The side was picked before that game was even played, and once against picked on one day and 20/20 form

How could it have been? If that was the case Glenn Maxwell would have been left the f**k out because he's been disgraceful in the ODI's.

So we're taking a Victorian who can't bat and can't bowl to India on a test tour of the back of a T20 international?

f**k me. Can we have Hilditch back please?

I'm just...

I remember at the beginning of the summer when the Australia 'A' side for the match against South Africa was picked.

The comment from Jim Maxwell at the time was something like 'this is clearly not a reflection of Australian cricket strength, what are the odds of John Hastings taking the new ball in a test match or Glenn Maxwell earning a baggy green?'

Well Jimbo, thanks to Chairman Inveridiot we're halfway to that disasterous prediction coming true and the other half looks damn likely to happen in India.
