Wenty score via Kamuta down the right hand side after what I can only describe as a bizarre passage of play.

Wenty chip on the last and the ball is kept alive on at least three separate occasions before a second kick is taken on the full by Kamuta to score.

Wenty earn a repeat set on halfway after the final pass on a nice blindside play is knocked down by Cabramatta.

Anyway I'm not sure if one of my posts got cannabalised by the Optus Network

But the score is 24-6.

Wenty attempted a short kickoff which didn't travel 10m and thus they were penalised.

Off the restart, Cabramtta audaciously kicked it down our right side and it was regathered by the Cabra fullback to put together back to back tries.

And that marks fulltime as Cabramatta run away with the victory, outscoring Wenty 24-6.

Cabramatta made the most of their opportunities, capitalising on a number of mistakes by Wenty

Wenty to kickoff today. Jets are working it out with a strong set and some quick hands put a Jets player through the our line 50m out. Although Mullaney effects a tackle, he doesn't complete it and the the Jets fullback gets up again to score.

Semi spills a bomb on our 20m line and the Jets pick up a repeat set.

Wenty are unable to hold them out as Arona crashes over to the left of the uprights.

Wenty have not touched the footy yet by my reckoning...barring Semi's mishap.

Newtown play out a solid set and kick it into our 20m zone. Semi gathers it on the bounce and returns in strongly and by doing so earns a penalty in the ruck.

Wenty finally get some ball and get a chance to play it in the Jet's half. A darting run by Mullaney nearly cuts the Jets open but his offload is touched by a Jets player. Wenty are able to regather and off the next play they spread it down our right flank which sees speedster Jerome MacKenzie cross to put the Magpies on the board.

Conversion by Mullaney is no good.

Parata scorches out of dummy half on the kickoff return set but his pass to put his support away is off the mark and the Jets get a reprieve.

Wenty then concede a penalty, giving the Jets an easy set in our red zone.

Fortunately we hold them out and force a mistake.

Mullaney bursts down out left flank but Radradra is marked on the inside.

Wenty earn a penalty and the crowd comes to life as the ref slips over.

Wenty string together another strong set courtesy of a strong run and offload by one of our second rowers (couldn't make out his number).

They back it up with some strong defence to make the Jets have to work hard out of their half.

It is all undone as we concede a penalty, for i I believe, taking out the kicker.

There is some great intensity in Wenty's goal line defence as they keep swarming with numbers and thus are able to hold the Jets out.
