WA trialled daylight saving for 3 years, that ened last year. So they are 2 hrs behind NSW as they dont have it anymore

Wrong. WA are 3 hours behind. No daylight savings in WA means when NSW turned clocks ahead 1 hour on 3rd October the gap became 3.
