Ordinary Performance

The Tigers played ordinary. Panthers were under strengthed but we played sideways with early ineffective little kicks. Moltzen played best game of season - just up from terrible but was improvement. After watching Bronx/Cowboys game their F/B's are far superior. Forwards do too much shimmy work, slowing them down before line, making them easy pickings - need to run straighter. The game came down to an intercept and a missed knock on by Ayshford whose form since being re signed is downward and coaches well placed big boot urgently required for reprogramming. Big Keithy lost ball several times and Woods gave away silly penalties inviting Panthers back into game. Is there a case for Fifita to be brought back - only played OK against North Sydney? Most disappointing part of game was not being able to defend last scrum, with easy try on 3rd tackle by Panthers - NOT GOOD ENOUGH effort with semis just around corner. Fulton was easily best player on paddock and rightly deserved Man of Match Award.

I thought Fifita was a step below OK against Norths. I don't want to see him back.

Agree on Fulton, he was awesome and has been for the last month.

I think Woods needs a lot of discipline. Some silly little things in his game that he would do well to get rid of.

Utai was utter tripe. Worst game I've seen by anyone in Tigers Colours. In saying that, it was his first absolute shocker for us, so I'm not going to call for his head just yet.

We will not beat Parra if we dish out another effort like that,
a gentle breeze could blow parra away. that is a team running on empty if ever ive seen one. honestly..hindmarsh looks like he wants to be euthanized after each of their games. poor guy

Parra have won just one game in about their last hundred. Guess which team they beat?

5 wins in a row against 2nd, 4th, 5th and two of our bogey teams. I'm fairly happy at the moment.

theyre playing with semi finals intensity those tigers. yes they got a few lucky calls...but they took their opportunities. attacking wise on the fringe, theyre looking bloody awesome.

they just seemed to do enough to win and save themselves for the next game. we would have won by more if utai didnt have feet for hands. thats 2 bad games in a row for utai. i think with lote coming back utai needs atleast a week in nsw cup. beau ryan knows right wing against parra

Personally I didn't think we were that great.

Robbie had a great start to the game but he didn't go on with it. Benji was quite. The overall performance was pretty average unlike the last couple of weeks.

In saying that we won easily so that is good to see.

We looked great in 2009 ...f**k we looked good.... Looking great is over rated.....

Parra have come within a point or two of beating plenty of top sides. A bit of luck and they'd be close to us on the ladder.

Massive game coming up against the Eels. If we beat them we should also win our last 2 games meaning we`ll finish on 34 points having won 8 in a row coming into the finals and would be a good chance of finishing 4th, 5th at worst I`d say.
If we do happen to finish 4th, the unpredictability of this competition would mean we would be a good chance of going straight into the last 4 providing we also win our first game in the finals.
Get us into the last 4 with no more injuries plus the return of Tuqiri & Lawrence and I`d say we`d be the team to beat.

the first 20 minutes was sensational, after that it was poor. you could once we got to 16-0 we thought we had it won and packed up.

the panthers try at the end was VERY disappointing and really shows that we still arent at the level of the really top sides. with us wanting to finish as high up the ladder as possible crap tries like that can really hurt our f/a

i was expecting a bit of a let down after we were up for 2 huge games. hopefully we can regroup and get a decent win against parra, paste the titans and finish with a win against the sharks.
