I'm always open to be educated on this. My wife is from the Balkans and she said that she'd be insulted if called a Gypsy, but no more than being called a Bogan. She does not think it's a racist slur however.

If Berisha is genuinely offended however then I'd like to know why but will of course respect his feelings.
