I also fill up on cheap days when I can but it just isn't the focal point of my daily conversation.
It's $1.17/L today at the Freedom Fuels in South Penrith. Bargain!

Yet if you did, you'd be correct.

Gai Brodtmann and Chris Uhlmann have always been one of Canberra's most intriguing couples. Not just because of their jobs (she is a federal politician, he a nationally recognised journalist charged with keeping those politicians in check). Not just because of their politics (she in the right faction of Labor, he is somewhat ''more conservative''. Uhlmann, a former trainee priest, once stood on the ticket of conservative Christian independent Paul Osborne in the ACT Legislative Assembly election of 1998 and later worked as his senior adviser.

Rather than assume that the women who he married's political leaning determines his political leaning, you'd do better to asses him on his actual political leanings.

He's no ultra right wing not job or anything, but he's very clearly right of centre.
But he is in the centre. He's not on either 'wing' of politics.

C'mon that's low.
People with little money and low education do not need fun made of them for poor life decisions. We are living in a society and our aim should be to help them not discard then like some sort of disease.

Since Ulhmann left the ABC to 9 as the replacement for Laurie Oakes, he has really shown his true right leaning colours. I follow him in twitter and he at times posts stuff that deffinately comes from a right lens. It's a shame bc I always viewed him as a straight shooter. One if those merkins that who base their reporting on vigorous investigations, rather than looking for alternative facts to boost their leanings.
Because one could only be right of centre if they ignored facts?

No merkin. He has shown time and time again that he sits on the cautious right of centre. Clearly facts on this topic at least, are open for interpretation depending on one's base knowledge and apprehended bias.

I'm not discarding anyone like a disease. I just posted a pic.

The centre is a fairly broad place. There's room for competing ideas there. That's why in some elections the 'left' win and in others it's the 'right'. Because they won the centre.

Australia's first shopping centre was built in 1957. I'm guessing that the left shopped at Mullumbimby Markets and the Right got their maid to get their stuff.

1957 First Australian shopping mall

Chermside Drive-In Shopping Centre in Brisbane was the first mall-style shopping centre in Australia. It was opened on 31 May 1957 by the then Premier of Queensland, Vince Gair. Chermside initially contained an Allan & Stark department store (later bought by Myer), a BCC supermarket and 24 specialty stores. It had its own car park with space for 650 cars and covered 28 acres. The centre was bought by Westfield in 1996.

I was referring to the chick who is allowed to cover the largest portion of a netball court.

But since nobody knows exactly where the centre of politics is (because it changes) the term here refers to the range from centre-left to centre-right.

Of course we know where it is.

At the centre. The same place every centre is. Just because no merkin is exactly central in their views doesn't mean the centre point doesn't exist.

The centre is the centre. Right of centre is not the centre. Nor is left of centre

Semantics. The group known as centrists includes ideologies from the centre left to the centre right. Precisely because the exact centre is elusive.
