It's disgraceful that opportunists have willfully looted stores. It's even worse that the cops stand 10 metres away and do nothing but watch. It's obvious they are under instructions not to aggravate the situation even more. I seriously hope this shit doesn't come our way.

Republicans, because they have the keys to the bus.

So far POTUS is busy tweeting and blaming others. It’s the Govenors that are making him look bad, Anifa who are the US version of Hezbollah :rolling_eyes:, Obama just because and the democrats.

^^^^ By the way, the Dylan Voller matter went to the Court of Appeal yesterday. Voller is suing various newspapers fro allowing defamatory posts about him on facebook pages and their newspaper blogs and leaving them unmoderated. Voller alleged that they are at fault. The original decision said they were. The Court of Appeal agreed.

This makes this site vulnerable too. Not only for posting unsourced material but also allowing potentially defamatory posts to stand.

Law enforcement is the responsibility of local authorities in the US. I believe the POTUS is even limited in when and how he can send in the army.
