That 4 corners reminds me of House of Cards. Frank Underwood etc.

Apart from the hypocrisy, the misogyny the potential of compromise from a foreign affairs / national security POV is huge.

Does anyone else think that they cut out Barnaby Joyce from that episode?

All those postal votes are just asking for trouble. It was intended for a handful of merkins who couldn't be there on the day to feel like they could participate in democracy, not for such a huge percentage of the vote to appear out of postal bags.

well 19,958 to be precises ... exact amount from one to the other
Yeah I don’t get it. That's not the official count screen. It's a touch screen that commentators use to show predictions. Scenarios are proposed all the time. Hit home and it all goes back to the default count. That conspiracy theory is equivalent as saying if you squint your eyes and tilt your head ti the left, you can see bigfoot.

That depends on the state, the rules and such change so much it's impossible to make a blanket statement like that.

Where you get "trouble" is when you have a situation where you've got a shit ton of people voting that way, and the legislature doesn't make the changes necessary to accommodate the expected changes in the method of voting.

For example, where's all the fuss about mail in's in Florida? One could be cynical and suggest that there aint no fuss because the GOP won the state, which is most likely partially true, however it's not the full story.

Florida had 6 million requests for postal ballots, and 4.74 million returned, and their counting seems to have gone off without so much as a glitch, Yet Pennsylvania, had 3.1 million requests, and 2.62 million returned, and that's where all the controversy is centred at the moment.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/nov/04/mail-in-ballot-tracker-us-election-2020

So if all those postal votes are "just asking for trouble", why the lack of "trouble" over them in Florida?

Perhaps this article written prior to the election might hold some clues......

https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/p...0201009-kamw4gahczd63ecezzn2keivyi-story.html

Yet in Pennsylvania, we have a completely different story.............

https://www.inquirer.com/politics/e...ing-results-delays-mail-ballots-20201104.html

And thus we see the very different result, one state is prepared and organised to deal with the influx, and is now being hailed as having gone from a complete clusterf**k in previous elections, and the other is blocked from doing so, and ends up the clusterf**k we now see.

Again, if one was to be a little cynical, one might come to the conclusion that it was a deliberate attempt to prepare the ground for a post loss delegitimization of the process, making it fertile for the challenges we now see.

Here's the last two paragraphs from the article linked above re Florida......

In many states, that may mean that more Republican Election Day votes will show up and make it look as if a state is leaning toward Trump. It might not be until later when mail ballots are counted in those states, that Biden picks up support.

The opposite could happen in Florida, McDonald said. Because mail votes, and the votes cast at in-person early voting centers, are the first posted by elections supervisors, it could look like big Biden lead early on Election Night. Later, when in-person votes are added, he said it could shift more in Trump’s direction.

...........and lo and behold, that's exactly what happened.

The numbers at the bottom are not part of the magic touch screen. They dont match what he is clicking - is your geography that bad? His magic touch seen never predicted anything other than changing the states end outcome electoral votes.

They arent making up vote counts - it is the count at the 42% mark. Look at the video. Media companies take feeds and show the data. Its not even at the postal votes point. Where ever they get their data from flipped the count exactly 19,958 votes.

Sure there might be an explanation why the CNN numbers changed ... but what you just wrote aint it lol ... tbh thats the worst denial ive ever heard. FFS

Sorry, my default position of doubt is more plausible than some random theory that vote counts are manipulated ad hoc.
