So it turns out that the Kraken court case as run by Sydney Powell is a fizzer, duh.

Her clusterf**k of a court case re dominion machines was based around a expert witness called “Spider”. His identity was being protected, she claimed, based on national security and his personal safety.

It turns out that Spider is actually Josh who served in Kabul. He is decribed as a military intelligence expert in various affidavits. How does everyone know his name ? Sydney uploaded the Spider affidavits in pdf to the Supreme Court website however the pdf files were named Declaration of Josh Merritt. :rolling_eyes:

So the Washington Times looked into Josh and it seems that the “Military Intelligence expert” was a truck mechanic and now works in IT.

Lawyers are bound to ensure that stuff submitted as evidence to the Supreme Court has been vetted and needless to say Sydney Powell is in deep shit and a motion to have her struck off the bar has already been lodged.
