I'm careful not to immediately default to the 'Trump is Dumb' argument. I think he's a genius promoter and I respect that he doesn't take shit from merkins but overall he's fluff. Ask him to describe something in detail and he sweats like a pedophile in a playground.
Guys like Trump and Biden are just too old to run a country. I feel like someone around the age of 50 is about right. Old enough but not so far gone they are stuck in a previous generational time slot. They need to be able to relate to what 20 yr old will want in the next 20yrs.
I personaly don't feel a guy who is 70 can do this.
For all the shit Trump copped from footage from 25yrs ago people need to also remember at that time his behaviour was not seen as completely out of line. Do we go back and bag Elvis for dating 13-14yld girls?
You could even look at sitcoms like Married with Children and even Seinfeld and see how they've aged with racial slurs and sexists remarks.
A lot of people also called Tony Abbott a dope. He was a poor speaker but certainly not a dope. Its iornic how many Aussies love to call people stupid like Americans and most our leaders etc. I think its poor taste we are like that as a nation . It's knocking people who have gotten further in life in many cases due to hard work and dedication. Lets have a laugh and make a youtube video. I mean f**k me.
