Germany and the Dutch are supplying weapons. If every other country starts providing weapons Ukraine may be able to slow the Russians down.
If civilians can turn this into a gorilla war and drag it out untill sanctions will start to hurt Russia.
If worldwide all flights from Russia are blocked and nobody from their is allowed into other countries the people may turn on Putin and cause unrest in their own country.
