The borrowed Golf is very strange, the indicator stalk is on the wrong side and I keep turning on the wipers to indicate. Just like being back on the old L plates.

The radio is pre-turned to alien static and I have to keep opening the door to let the clutch out.

The rear exterior passenger light stays on after the whole car is turned off and you have to fool around with the brake pedal and other unknown buttons to switch it off. Heavens knows what I’m doing to it.

The diesel chugs away with an unnerving shudder, it’s very funny. More North Korean than German.

I like this car, maybe they will forget I’ve borrowed it.

Beat I've had is in Katoomba. Spice of life in Leichhardt also good.

But to be honest 9/10 most Indian food taste decent and similar so I am splitting hairs when it comes to a curries esepcialy. It isn't like many other cusines where it can be utter rubbish. Only a very rare occasion have I had terrible Indian food.
If anyone wants a great Pho or Laksa try the Alle de hung in Enmore.
