How much rabbit would $120 buy?

This is no laughing matter. Heaps of people have lost between 15- 30% of their income in the last year due to interest rate hikes, petrol cost, food and all other expenses going up.

I could get 3 rabbits btw. And have $15 change

Commonwealth bank just started charging me $5 a month fees on 2 of my accounts I was never charged any fee for before.
$120 a year to them. Yes its a small amount but I am leaking money everywhere.

Every bank charge's account keeping fees.

Ok. My point is for 15yrs they never did. NAB don't charge me any.

Fair enough.
I've had a business account for 30 years and it has always been charged account keeping fees.
It's only ever been a couple of dollars a month and is tax deductable.
I've never given a shit.

Business banking.

You will always pay, but fair enough for most. I pay 10 / month ( nab ) but I make a lot of transactions.

Back in the day when I'd make payment by cheque I'd spend more than that on f**king stamps.

I don't pay anything for business banking. I used tompay $10 a month and then they said they are waiving it without me even asking.

There is no way any party, let alone Labor would dare tax the family home.
Particularly in this era of increased family costs. IE - increased mortgage rates, rising electricity prices, tolls, rising council rates etc...
It would be absolute political suicide.
Slow news day for the Telegraph.

It's typical News Corp gutter journalism

But the dumb f**ks in the rest of the MSM facilitate it

They print that kind of shit, then the rest of the media take the lead and and start asking them to rule it out.

Making them rule it out makes it a story. So they'll then run with that.

Yeah. Nothing on my buisness account. Just $5 a month in personal key card.

As Suity said, fees on your business account are tax deductible, fees on your personal account aren't, you are getting analed by them doing it arse about.

On The Drum last night was Ken Wyatt and Warren Mundine. Hosted by Dan Bourchier, they discussed the voice.

It’s clear to me that the far right libs have given Mundine the job of wrecker. He would not entertain under any circumstances a yes vote. He admitted that advisory boards and committees of merkins over the past 100 years don’t work, but would not offer reasons why a voice to parliament is not worthy of negotiation. When pressed, he would fall into tge sky news talking points of crime, alcoholism, sexual assault etc.

This initiative stems from the Uluru Statement from the Heart. The amendment to the constitution will be simple. The nuts and bolts will be determined by the parliament of the day. So don’t be fooled by Dutton when he says there is no detail, because he knows the truth.

The Voice will be fine, although only if you don't actually want it to achieve anything or provide any real outcomes for the most disadvantaged indigenous population.

Outside of that it will all work OK. I'm not really sure what it is really trying to achieve though other than giving a seat at a table to a small part of the indigenous population who probably don't need any assistance.
