Ukraine has been a f**king disaster ... and it wont get any better. The USA destroyed that country for its own interests. They sent ukrainians to get slaughtered - but they will smile cos they got alot of the "evil" russians killed too.

His tax cuts blow to the poor anyhows. If you made 65,000 your benefit would be 20k at 2.5 cents less then prior. That's $9.60 a week extra. Or $16.80 extra a week if made $80,000.
People struggling most would be earning under 70,000. These new tax cuts really benefit people aking around 150-180k. They'll end up with an extra $100 a week in their pockets.

Ok Albos changed it. It is better now for lower which I agree with. If you're making 150k+ you can afford to pay more.

These Scomo designed cuts for the rich only were the worst piece of fiscal policy for some time - decades.

Given the predictable cost of living crisis - which would have plagued which government followed the last election - Albo and Labor are right to change it and ensure this opportunity provides at least a little support to some of those who most need it.

If you can enact a tax reform that improves both equality and efficiency, you must be doing something right.

But he is still a big fat liar. He spent years totally committing to these tax changes. It probably helped get him votes. Went to the last election on a big promise of addressing the cost of living, but clearly had f**k all means to do that and now has to do this cos he had no other plan A all along. .... liar liar pants on fire.

This new rule favours a greater majority of people. Ones earning under 150k. In this game of chess he just made a great move.
