That Dogs roster is waaay better than their results. I really don’t get why Ciraldo hasn’t been under more scrutiny.
Gus is protecting him in the media by talking about how far behind they are due to the roster and the years it will take to fix the roster, but when you look at their squad, it’s way better than they’re making out.
Averillo, Fox, Kiraz, Burton (overrated, but an Origin player), TPJ (see Burton), Mahoney, Thompson, Kikau… they’re no duds and should be winning and competing way more than they are.

Yep, and he was touted as a defence coach and a large reason for the Panthers systems yet Canterbury has been woeful in that area

There is no stability at the club in the last 3 weeks basically moved to Mariner, Pele, and TPJ.
Yes clubs move players on, not at this rate though.
Just maybe Ciraldo not as good as they think.

It's what happens when you take a scatter-gun approach to recruitment.
No thought to the type of player you need, or which positions need strengthening.
Just buy whichever names are available.

I can see it continuing next year as well.

NRL 360 how good was it, Anasta he let Latrell have it, he didn't miss him.
Read is basically defending him, but Anasta especially the point Souths have ball, Latrell is walking.
