Prime Minister John Howard says three of his Queensland backbenchers involved in an Australian Federal Police (AFP) investigation are entitled to the presumption of innocence.


The offices of Queensland Liberal MPs Gary Hardgrave, Andrew Laming and Ross Vasta, were raided last week as part of an investigation reportedly related to electoral spending on printing.


All three deny any wrongdoing.

No Honourable Reefy Son..... In a democracy under our Westiminster System no man is above the law and no man is considered Judge, Jury and Executioner.

The Laws of the Land should be seen to run its course. And it will if allowed.

Now Thommo hasn't been charged with any criminal offences and any matters that are before the court should be allowed to be settled in a court of the land.

Now that brings the matter of Kroger -v- Ramjan. Witnesses will be called no doubt and under oath will supply evidence. So lets just assume "that Abbott never assaulted a concrete wall" well the Mouse of Jakarta will be afforded his time in the box under oath to once and for all clear the air in relation to this disputed claim.
