If the cost of living could be capped at a comparative rate...

How munch of that figure as quoted what ten days ago, not eight months ago, was attributed to the CARBON PRICING which was introduced yesterday. So I reckon if your figure of 9% is a lot closer to 6 to 8 then it is to 20%.

But we wont let some honest facts get in the way of a beat up...... even if it is an 8 month old beat up.
