Have we finally realised that our current crop of slow outside backs just doesn't cut it , even though they are committed players / clubmen.

We really do need to find a winger with blinding speed & freakish skill.

Is it Malcom Congoo? Hop so. Was going well for the Raiders until breaking his jaw.

I just heard what cb4 just told us. It is Malcom Congoo and FMD this kid, well, blink and you'll
miss him. Was scoring a million tries outside of his housemate Edrick Lee in NYC last year. Young Koori fella from FNQ.

As I mentioned earlier.

When Flanno was proclaiming that Pom and Jono Wright would most likely be our centre pairing for next season it doesn't exactly do morale good for the likes of Mills and Co.

I love Flanno but it was a dumb statement to make in December and had nothing to gain but plenty of people to piss off.

You wouldn't see Hasler making the same kind of statements in December about two non rep players.

Flanno is still learning.

I'm with you Carch. I think he has the ability to be a really good centre / winger based on the little I have seen.

I'd keep Stapler too for depth.

Or are we just cutting our losses.

He has had a few injuries .
However I have seen him do a few things after injury to suggest
once he gets 100% he could be a great player.

Wow he is a great signing. I watched him play a few games. A mate of mine from work who is a Raiders fan always talked him up and was filthy when they signed shannnnnndor as he thought Malcom had him covered.

Can't wait to rub it in when back on the tools. It will be interesting to see what happens now with Mills, stapo, Wright and Gards. Sure they are good for depth but I think these late signings by the club are really showing these guys there is no such thing as "a copy and paste" in 2013.
