He was back playing and training before his second court hearing pete...... you may have read about the uproar in the paper over that one too. Innocent until proven guilty is fair enough by me pete. That is why he is still only an alleged woman beater.......

That is very interesting if it's not an imposter and really him.

To add a bit of spice to this, I must say, during both our off-season and the ESL off-season I saw Tim Smith around the area on more than one occassion. Castle Towers, streets of Parramatta, just to name a couple of place.

I stand by what I said of Joel Thommo..
He is a good bloke, from a good family...and he remains innocent until proven guilty.

I've never said he was guilty pete..... that is why to this point in time he remains an alleged woman beater.

You can stand by him all you like, as I don't think I have ever said you couldn't. I knew a few people who I believed to be good blokes as well who liked to throw punches at their missus too...... fortunately they aren't mates anymore.

But when you talk up what a good bloke Joel Thompson is, place an emphasis on innocent until proven guilty - then turn around and say you will hand in your membership if Tim Smith, a bloke who has not been charged with anything as serious of Joel Thompson has been, you are basically having double standards.

As for innocent until proven guilty, you cant pick and choose who you apply that to....

Tim Smith is only guilty by media... and that must be good enough for Pete. His so old, he cant even remember his own moral standings

Personally, I'd rather not have Tim Smith at Parramatta unless he demonstrates he has cleaned up hias act.

I've no issue with Pete saying he doesnt want Tim at Parramatta either.

It's the blindeye that Pete turns to any misdemenors by Canberra players that annoys me....
