Not sure if anyone remembers we had some synthetic grass just outside of the sideline on Peter Burns side of ground in late 80's.
I think we were going to approach the nswrl to allow us to change the field to synthetic

Semi synthetic plastic grass. Mesh
With natural grass grown in it
Makes the field stronger and more manageable. With durable. Drainage

We need about 2.2 billion us $
😕
Check out the brand new stadium in los Angeles
Home ground for LA Rams
It's unbelievable cost over 5 billion us$
Thanks Blue bags I'll have a look.
This just my opinion the NSW gov where OK to demolish a Stadium that built over 30 years ago, only to demolish it for a similar style of stadium, if that's not a waste of money I don't know what is.

I’ve often wondered how it doesn’t burn the knees like carpet ?
Yes big technology nowadays
In playing fields. Turf. Grass
It's like the carpet industry
Many options available
Blends of plastic grass. Natural grass
Lengths. Thickness. Colours
It's high tech now
The day's of playing sports on a mud heap quagmire . Are over
Billion dollar stadium deserves the very best high tech playing fields 😁

Few studies going into artificial turf and different cancers the last few years.
Ok. And the old ways of marking the line's on the playing fields
They use to use highly toxic chemicals subsidies
Score a try on the Line. Get a big breath of toxic chemicals. They use food colouring now
Fully safe

I’ve noted when a play slides on the sideline they don’t get it on them anymore?

In english soccer, you can have plastic fields until you play in League 2 or above and need to switch to grass.

Clubs say with plastic field more options for revenue,
