Blaming the rules for the blowouts was always dumb.
Various reasons but mostly rosters look better. aside from WT the bottom 10 all look capable of making the 8

Maybe Paul Crawley has crawled (sorry) back into his hole. He was the one that first raised this issue of so-called “arrogance” after the Canberra game last year.

I reckon Ricky is a big talker to some media guys and in turn those media guys go into bat for him often. If Ricky says we are arrogant then Crawley and co will make it seem like the whole league thinks we’re f**kwits when really it’s just Ricky and don jnr upset we ran through them easily. Kent in particular sticks up for Ricky so much it’s sickening, I remember him predicting the raiders go on a run at some point last year after their first victory in a couple weeks and they got flogged the next week.

Media all have agenda's. Ricky is close to Kent and Crawley so as such Canberra get free passes over issues and they go into bat for Ricky

Same game I think it was Eisenhuth had his head slammed into the ground while not involved in a tackle at all. Was all media spin in favour of Raiders
