That last try was total bullshit. I'm sorry but why does the bunker not follow the laws of the game? I don't care whether a player dives or not that's obstruction every day of the week otherwise the rule doesn't mean anything.

I don't hate either of these teams but the fact that the refs f**ked that up is beyond me.

Albeit great comeback by the tigers though. It's good to see the battle for the spoon heating up. I reckon there's 4 teams who could all get it. Titans, Bulldogs, knights and tigers.

Towards the end the refs just kept legging up the Tigers.......

It was a forward pass at the end too.....

f**k give us a call to give us a free win.....

I watched the whole second half and I thought the tigers were easily the better team. But I honestly can't understand how these tries are allowed. I understand the bunker can't rule on forward passes for some ridiculous reason but the only reason they gave it a try was because it was sent up as a try.

If I was Cherry Evans I would of absolutely f**king lost it. He was completely blocked off from sight and body because of the block runner. The rules clearly state that the block/line runner cannot initiate contact on the defender and that's exactly what he did. It doesn't matter whether or not he faked it you have to play/officiate to the rules otherwise decisions turn subjective which will just destroy the game I used to love playing.

Our game is going backwards because it relies on this ridiculous technology that doesn't get anything right.

I will once again clarify that I'm not pissed off that the tigers won im pissed off that the NRL lets shit like this slide.

The other week against Penrith Eisenhuth dived and milked it for all it was worth.

That was a clear try by Penrith and they gave it no try!!!!

DCE should've taken the full dive today also!!!!!!

That's 2 obstruction calls the Tigers way and they whinge at refs!!!!

We should be the ones whinging!!!! AR and Sutto have been obstructed at times this season and it always seems to go against us....

I think we're just typical NRL supporters who think the refs are always out to get their own team haha. I'm honestly starting to question the whole game and it's been that way for a while. Plus I went to school with brad Parker so I felt bad for him when he dropped the ball and tigers won off of that.

Based on consistency, it should've been no try I agree. BUT in terms of common sense/general play of the game was DCE really going to Stop Tedesco?

Maybe if DCE kept playing on and stopped acting like a spoilt bitch he may have had a shot (and had enough reasoning to get the try disallowed)

Whilst I think it was the correct call, it's majorly annoying to not see that go for other teams aswell so I can see the frustration

Okay cool. The biggest problem I see with this game though is the inconsistency. One week it'll be a try then the next it'll be a no try. It's like the bunker decides to use common sense one week and then the next week throws it out the window.

I personally would of flipped if I was DCE but then you also have to account for the fact that manly were absolutely shit in the second half. Tigers completely outplayed them. I'm happy for the tigers to get the 2 points because they deserved it. I just wonder if there is any point in the bunker anymore.

It also would be kind of funny to see manly drop out of the 8. Imagine the reaction of their fans.

100% mate I would've flipped if that happened against my team. I'm confident that's the correct call but they just don't get it right most of the time

I also walked away from that game feeling like we were the better team, not having won it off a dodgy call.

Hahah yeah can't stand manly, quite possibly my most hated team tbh

We need to accept that humans still make a judgement call on all these decisions with the aid of the technology.
Whilst ever humans are involved , there are going to be different interpretations on the rules.
To be honest we just all need to suck it up and move on. There has been poor refereeing decisions since 1908.
It's part of the game.
Although there is some absolute howlers from time to time that leave us all scratching our heads, on the whole there would be more correct decisions made than prior to this technology being available .

Ps I'm not a referee!

.

The Bunker have said it was awarded because Chee-Kam hit DCE on the inside shoulder, when that happens it means the defender has instigated contact. You can say what you want about the call but in that instance they are fairly consistent.

Okay I understand where your coming from but that's completely up to debate. When I was watching in live it looked like Chee Kam provided an unfair advantage for his team by putting his body in the way. It didn't really look like DCE committed to the tackle, it looked more like Chee Kam got in the way. I honestly believe that if the decision was no try on field it would of been no try at the bunker.

Yeah that's fair enough. I mean at the end of the day you guys were the better team for the majority of the game and it isn't fair to call that one try bullshit when there are multiple bullshit tries that happen each week. It was just a heat of the moment thing tbh. Now that I look at it again I think it could of been a 50/50 call.

Haha god I feel you there but I can't stand watching the broncos get every single 50/50 call. The game can be so subjective sometimes.

its not where im coming from, its the way the bunker rule. mck ran a line that ended up on the inside of dce, all year the bunker have said thats fine. i dont think its right, but its how they view it.

last week the panthers had 2 dissallowed because they hit the tigers defenders on the outside shoulder, the second one in particular Eisenhuth was never going to get peachey but they took it off him because the decoy runner got it wrong. again i dont agree with it, but its how theyve ruled it all year.

How about we talk about Eisenhuth diving against Penrith...

The on field call was try and then they overturn it as he dived for all it was worth when he had a clear chance to get to the Penrith player.....

Double standards these Tigers fans.....

Also they cry about forward passes and refs but don't mention it when there was a clear one that won them the game.......

Heck I'd love it if Souths were getting these calls......

Watching the highlights it's kind of hard to see how them being on the inside shoulder of DCE makes any difference but i guess I understand why they would rule that way.
