Watching today’s Knights vs Dragons game just reminds me of how the bad the Knights still are. The Dragons have played badly but the Knights haven’t really threatened. The Knights pack is weak and they have no speed in their outside backs. It just reinforces how terrible we played when we lost to them at Penrith.

They had Ponga and Fitzgibbon that day. But it was still a very costly loss as things have panned out.

It would go to percentage, and we would take 5th. Presumably we want to play the Dragons so Broncos would need to win by 33 or more for that to happen.

Panthers preferred Allianz in 2016, but I thought that was just because Canterbury were our opponents.

Round 1 should be more flexible though, game against the warriors is going to look stupid at ANZ.

Thankfully from next year we’ll have the new western Sydney stadium.

I think that is the reason they went to Allianz in 2016. Not wanting to give the Dogs any sort of advantage. You'll get a strong Kiwi contingent at either ground but ANZ is closer to our fanbase. Parra will be a slight improvement if you're up for the walk.

Where else would they play? We don't have to travel too far to ANZ. You can't make NZ fly overseas or Canberra go into another state.
