Todays generation with all the technology available have taken it too the next level it would seem.

For sure....smartphones arent the smallest camera available to someone who gets off on filming people and just because someone is looking toward the camera doesnt mean they knew it was there.

Unintended consequence of all this is that he's now given the incentive to plead guilty to the dissemination charge on a plea bargain where the filming charge is dropped, claim it is at the lowest possible end of offending since it was only a few people, take his medicine, and get back on the field ASAP.

Of course, if in fact he did not upload the videos, he might think differently.

It’s interesting this was decided to be a stand down until trial, Greenberg has set the bar quite low now. Will mean most players charged are stood down.

Why not just have that reflected in the rule rather than the discretion for below 11+ year offences?
