i take it this is the opinion which is a load of b-s that someone was trying to correct?

I guess it comes down to what "they" means... If they simply means "fans on the other site" then fair enough. If "they" also is meant to mean one side of the election politics, then it's a broad assumption and should be challenged, and questions asked as to what agenda might cause someone to present an assumption about one side of these elections in that way?

wtf?!

It's ok.
Bart's getting a bit excited because there's an election coming up.

He does the same for State and Federal elections as well.
He's already had a shot at me in another thread where I had nothing to do with the point at hand, and has also offered to dob in political posters in another thread to "help Twiz out". Lol.
It's ok.
He'll settle down again at Christmas and start winding up again around about April for the LC elections.

I was talking about some of the dribblers on the other site, not signing Izzy was all 3P's fault and it was sure to win Parrafirst the election. Happy to be proven wrong though.................

the other mob just threaten to sue if things are written they don't like, seems to get most threads pulled pretty quickly when it makes them look bad.

I wish they would let sensible debate happen here but they make the rules.

we tried that previously and the problem was that allegations were being made about what was or was not said at boardroom level and that's what started it all off

such allegations cannot possibly be sourced in accordance with our site guidelines so all such posts got deleted and due to the fact that alot of the allegation could not be substantiated they all had to go

Cool. I guess the person who wasn't allowed to post their clarification on here has misinterpreted the comment to be a political post ("they" meaning the posters on nospam46, rather than meaning one of the election groups posting over there).

Nothing to be proven wrong.... I was just taking up their clarification, because it was deemed only a fan not aligned to anything could ask that question on here :D.

If that is the general point of view of posters on nospam46 (rightly or wrongly, then "3P" might be generally very nervous... I've seen heaps of people posting on that site by phone mid-game from the stands at Parra Stadium, so it's fair to say nospam46 has the potential to be a lot more mobilised in terms of getting the vote out than our generally 3P/Incumbent supporting membership owho post on this forum. It's maybe like reading the SMH and thinking everything's peachy, and then reading the Telegraph to realise in shock what the masses are really thinking .

Can someone please confirm or deny for me that, Tom Issa who is running on the Parra First Ticket, was actually hand picked by Fitzgerald to run against the current board? he has only just become eligible to run.

Also this is common Knowledge with the Lebanese community that Tom Issa is a Dragons supporter, so here is a question i would like to be answered, why would a Dragons supporter be running for the Parramatta Junior District Board?

Before anyone gets all upset with this post, what is the title of the post? Parra First Plays down Fitzgerald Link, so i have asked a question? they openly admit that Fitzgerald has helped them, so there is another link to Fitzgerald with Tom Issa.

I can't wait for this election to be over. Do other clubs have the same political bickering come election time or are we the only one...

yes,

The difference being there was a long period of time, at this club, where no push for the board occured. I think it was between 1998 and 2009.
