A question for those who regularly watch junior games - do you expect us to be strong in under 20's again next year ?

That's a tough one and depends on what happens with a number of boys who are again eligible like ZDC and Josh A. Straight out answer I'd say no. I don't see the players coming in who will be NRL ready at any point in the season with maybe the exception of Davis and Alioai (still question marks on both about stepping up next year) that we had this year with Moeroa, Pauli, kelepi and Pritchard.

We do however have a number of outstanding prospects. Obviously returning are Davis, Alioai, ZDC, Tepu Smith, Lussick, Markus etc who are 20 next year. Adding the like of Twal , Tui and Fuimoano who had a good run of games as 18 year olds. Then once the ball season is completed it will be great see halves Dargan and Doolan and essentially allow ZDC to play cup and continue his development.

It will be good to see how Bevan French handles the step up as he is an exciting talent although not the biggest frame.

So long story short we will be strong again although I don't see the squad overall possessing the quality of this year IMO.

Thanks, Bevan is the one I am looking forward to watching. We could also maybe bring in some outside talent as well.

The last thing we need is players with girls names

Which is exactly the reason why we didn't bother with Chanel Mattamerkin and let him go to the Dogs.

To think that we once had a prop called Kylie.

Probably not as strong but I think we can get Top 6 as most of the forwards that played towards the back end are going to be here. The players graduating are: Corey Makelim, Fabian Goodall, Leva Li, John Folau, Halauafu Lavaka, Ryan Matterson, Kaysa Pritchard, Tui Kamicamica, Pauli Pauli, Fred Junior Mauala, and Eric Newbigging.

So we have to basically reconstruct our backline from this year but they is made easier with the introduction of Bevan French. Our starting forward pack is set too with TTS, Twal, Fuimaono, Aloiai, and Markus still available. So we're going to have a strong forward pack but our biggest problem is backs and halves.

Thanks. We still have docker, not sure if he will play nsw cup straight away. Also dagan appears to highly rated on here so may be an option.

There's also Davis and Aukofolau, who both started the year in the top 17. Aukofolau is a massive talent who suffered a season ending injury early on. And unlike Davis he played NYC while still eligible for SG Ball (in 2013).

Fomai plays fullback, doesn't he? I believe he turns 20 next year.

Yep, Fomai's preferred position is fullback.

I have no clue if they will continue with developing Davis as a fullback in 2015 but Fomai and French will likely come into contention for the #1. French also spent some time on the front line in the halves for Guildford in the Ron Massey Cup and played at five-eighth in their narrow preliminary final loss to Asquith.

I doubt you will see Dillion Khoury at Parramatta with Fomai and French rated in front.

Given Parra's fascination with Polys I believe you will see many of this years talented anglo (and others) 18-19 year old local juniors trialling with and being selected with other NYC teams.

You must have missed our recent recruitment/retention focus.
