Parra now get another chance as they force an error but Tepai Tepu-Smith may have picked up an injury.

Aloiai nearly surges over the line but there is yet another unforced error as Matterson grasses Dockar-Clay's ball down the left edge. That one was all on Matterson.

Execution killing the Eels tonight.

Dockar-Clay is heavily involved in defence this set and eventually the Warriors nearly create a chance from dummy half down his edge. The Eels just pull the runner via a tackle from Aloiai and from the last tackle bomb Goodall comes up with another error.

The Eels will challenge to call for a NZ Warrior impeding the contest of the ball and perhaps an offside call.

Given that Tanginoa is leaving, I'd be shocked if any of these other Parra forwards would figure in any Parra NRL team capable of winning an NRL competition.

Actually is 12 still elgible for SG Ball? He might have some potential.

The rest are just rubbish, offload them now...

The onfield decision has been over turned as the video ref rules that Goodall knocked it back.

Interesting call.

Big call for Parra. Li and Fuimaono take the opening charges and are followed with a strong carry by Tanigonoa.

Matterson then goes to Goodall who is just brought down on the left. Tepu-Smith nearly drops the ball on the penultimate tackle and then coughs up an error in the play-the-ball. Gee this is frustrating stuff.

Time is off as Fabian Goodall has stayed down.

Under 5min left in the first half as the Warriors ruck it into Parra's half.

And now the Warriors come up with a soft turnover as an inside ball is turfed by the NZ interchange player.

The Warriors look to push in the scrum but the Eels get the ball out quickly and start to work out of their own half.

Some strong runs from the forwards take the Eels over half way before Matterson uses Muna to bring up the last but there is yet another error as Muna looks for the pass. Completion rates under 50% for the Eels so far.

Good effort from Fuimaono as he makes an important cover tackle.

Parra need to hold out here. The Warriors focus on the Eels' right edge before an ugly drop goal attempt is waved away.

Seven tackle set for the Eels with a minute on the clock and would you believe it, another error. My mind is officially blown.

NZ with one last chance now and Michael Ki beats a shooter and sets off for the try line! He looks to be held up and the ref agrees, signalling no try as he goes to the video ref. Replays suggest the ref should have made an on field call. No confidence in his ability to make the call me thinks.

It is indeed held up and we have on play left in the half.

They set up for a second attempt at a field goal and Mason Lino finds his range this time around.

The ref raises his hand to award the one point as the siren rings out.

Half Time

NZ lead Parra 19-6

Parra hold the ball up in goal.
No try.
He makes the field goal this time.

This ball handling is killing us.

Still, with all the ball and field position the Warriors have had we should be down by more than 13 points.
