It's obvious that winning the play the ball area is not given the attention to detail that it requires throughout the entire Parramatta club.

Brutal hit from Tanginoa there. Better set thus far for the Eels as they keep the Warriors inside their own half before the last tackle.

Davis scoops up the NZ kick and loops back for a kick return.

Leva Li does well to power up field as Matterson and Goodall link up to steal some handy metres down the left edge.

The Eels centre the ball with Kelepi Tanginoa before ZDC sends the bomb up. A great chase helps force a drop and the Eels finally get a chance!

Good stuff from Lavaka.

Davis then Kamikamica used to start the set.

ZDC uses Fuimanono next as Parra go down their right.

Not much doing as Markus takes a hit up but then [A]ZDC lights the game up as he simply out powers three NZ forwards to score next to the sticks!

Too easy for the little half.

The conversion is successful.

Parra needed that!

And there it goes again...ZDC is guilty of letting the ball bounce again! It takes a wicked roll on through his legs and Lavaka has almost no chance of stopping it rolling dead.

Coach killing 101.

NZ right back on the attack. Some stiff early defence from the Eels and they work well down the left edge to stop the first shift of the Warriors.

NZ then take the ball to the other edge where they nearly slice through but Folau manages to wrap up his opposite.

Once again Matterson comes up with the turnover play as he intercepts a poor offload on the next tackle!

Nice right edge movement by the Eels there as John Folau takes a strong run.

Parra will kick inside the Warrior's half as Matterson sends the bomb up. Lolohea is better this time around as he leaps up and secures the ball.

Decent set in defence by the Eels and the Warriors seemingly look for the sideline on the last but Davis grabs the ball before it rolls out.

Lavaka and Kamikamica takes the early hit ups this set before Tanginoa is clipped by some offside defenders for no penalty? Interesting call there.

Matterson looks to run the ball later in the set and is hammered from his blind side as he loses the pill. That was a good tackle.

Jordan Muna on now.

New Zealand takes some one out runs before sending the ball down their left. Parra kill the run and from the next play the Warriors centre the pill.

And on the next play NZ come up with an unforced error as Lolohea looks for the flashy cut out ball. It goes forwards off the hand of the NZ centre and Parra get another let off.

Matterson swings down the right and links up with Davis who seems to have cut through but the ref finds an obstruction in the play. Replays confirm that it was the second decoy runner that was pinged.

Warriors back on the attack.

Li lines the Warrior's centre up for big hit on the try line but his timing is just off and his team mates have to clean up.

A few tackles later the goal line is breached for the third time this evening as Mason Lino emulates Dockar-Clay and cuts inside Matterson to score.

Bit of drama there as Lino rushes through his conversion to prevent a Captains Challenge.

The conversion is successful.

NZ lead Parra 18-6

Strong set after points for the Warriors as they rumble over halfway. Surprisingly they opt to roll the ball over the sideline on the last.

A bit of respite for both teams as they slowly pack for a scrum.

Lavaka takes the first run anf from the next tackle Leva Li is unleashed! He flies down the left edge as is pulled down 12m out from the try line. The Eels are lined up to score but Jordan Muna drops the ball!

Damn! Chance goes begging.

Great hands and speed down the left side.
And the next play it's dropped.
f**k, this team is their own worst enemy.
