Yes ref is shit but seriously we have nothing. They look poorly coached. A fair few powder puffs in our forward pack.

Yea, fundamental errors and a very poor kicking game are costing us more than the refs

We also seem to get dominated physically - both this week and last week, are we fielding many under age players?

One of the commentators said something to the effect that we lost our 4 best players just before kick off ??

42-12. They were too big and too fast.

No player impressed me much from our squad.

Four players were lost just before kickoff - Fraser Masinamua, Luke Vescio, Kaysa Pritchard and John Pepa. They were also missing the likes of Kelepi Taginoa, Chad MacGill and Pauli Pauli to the Autralian Schoolboys as well as Jason Wehbe, Jason Seage, Vai Toutai and a few others to either the NSW Cup side or the first grade side.

That and the fact that at least half are still eligible for SG Ball next year it wasn't too bad an effort.

Eels are one of the youngest squads in the competition, were always going to struggle but playing all their experienced players up a grade hurt them big time.

Not their best performance, but a few good prospects coming through who'll be worth watching next year.
