Word I have is that the club are looking very closely at Larry Muagututia.
Possibly might definitely probably see some Flegg or even NSW Cup this year.

What other juniors are highly regarded. I think I read Parry was very talented.
How old is Larry?

Yeah Ball lost 14-8 game was on Saturday at Wyong. Read on the TCT that just like Matts errors cost them.

Matts and Ball both suck this year. Is it because all our junior rep teams are full of underage players or has the club gone back to only caring about the top 30? I'm keen to see how Flegg goes.

The thing is with juniors rather then 17 very good players we may have 3 excellent ones and 14 average. The side with 17 very good players may produce 7 guys who are borderline NRL level players like Opacic and Ray Stone and win the comp.
But the side with a few elite players could produce a few guys who will have 10yr plus NRL careers and push for origin yet get beat most weeks.
That's why winning these comps means little imo.

Grima says in the latest TCT pod that we have a lot of players playing up. Maybe others like @Obscene Assassin can help.

Unsure about the Matts but from what info I can find online of their ages I think we have somewhere between 3-5 16 year olds in the u/17's,5 is abnormally high we often average 3 in previous years. In u/19's we have 6-9 18 year olds each week, that's about the average range for us.

The problem isn't age or talent imo. It's handling errors. Lack of concentration, timing errors. Yesterday in the Ball they completed approx the first 7 sets if you include penalties and they scored 2 tries in the first 10 minutes. They then went onto maybe complete every third set. Leading up to our 3rd try they completed 5 sets consecutively, the Magpies completed 4/5 and we had a massive roll on. On the ensuing set after points we were playing the ball on the 3rd tackle on their 40m line only for us to drop it that play. Magpies went on to score under the posts.

Nice to see the Tarsha Gale girls winning games

Yesterday was the best game I've seen them play. Kyanna Lokeni is a very damaging ball runner, and Rosemarie Beckett is starting to impose herself on games. Alysha Bell has a clean strike on goal-kicks, she was kicking them from the outer scrum lines on both sides of the field

Sure but you can't talk about handling errors as if they are just a random factor with no bearing on the quality of the players, especially when you're looking at results across six games (three games per team). These two teams have a win and a draw between them.

But I don't believe the errors they're making are from a footballing perspective per say. It's more the mental side of the game that these errors occur. The mental aspect will determine if they progress further in their career than the footballing aspect. They both lack the resilience to turn it around when they do make an error
