There hasn't really been much junior footy in the last 2 years, there are a few people in the same situation as Schnieder.

He started at hooker and then moved to lock. Didn't get much game time; once he was subbed off he never came back on, like Hollis.

Our development of players aged 16 to 20 has arguably been deplorable for decades.
I would advise any kid to go to Penrith then come across aged 20 plus.
Tim Smith was the biggest miss. He should have been a great but the culture seemed to ruin him.
