I actually think that all clubs should go to Foxtel about producing and showing their own content. Allocate 30 minutes, or even 60 minutes, on Fox League for each club each week, but it is up to the clubs to produce the content. I'm sure Foxtel could provide some equipment and studio space to facilitate, which would cost next to nothing for them, as it is already an expense they have to have.
It would be up to each club to decide what that content was, whether it was a Tiger Town expose like they did, or a podcast from the fans on the team like TCT, or show what they do at training, or take fans behind the scenes of how the club operates, or even just a one on one face to face thing with the players and coaching staff. As long as it wasn't 17 of the same thing I think there would be an audience, and a lot of fans would watch other teams shows if it was good content
The QRL and NSWRL could do the same. It appears both states are producing the content already, why not go to Foxtel to have it broadcasted. If there was minimal cost to Foxtel, and no more broadcast rights money expected, then I'd say they would be onboard.
