You're the one putting shit on the club for not developing players. We develop heaps of players, and would be getting some value out of them. We got to a grand final with Penisini, Drown, Mahoney and Kaufusi. It's not our fault if more desperate clubs offer them overs.

It is our fault that we aren’t a club that players are willing to stay at for less money than those crap clubs can offer. That is on the culture.

The key is now developing some of these kids into first graders.

We have won a shitload of Ball and Matts trophies over the years but its got us nowhere.

Only need 2 or 3 to come through and it helps massively.

We won't be like Penrith they have a factory coming through. But certainly having our own sprinkle coming through all the time helps trying to have sustained success.
